GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
The
appliances have been thoroughly tested and are covered by the one year
warranty from the date of purchase. Dana Italia undertakes to repair or
replace free of charge, during the warranty period any parts which they
consider to be inefficient owing to faulty workmanship and, or materials.
The replacement and repair of components subject to normal wear and tear is
excluded. Complete appliances shall not be replaced and the Company shall
accept no demands for compensation resulting from damage to persons or
property. The warranty does not recognize damages caused by accidental
breakage or transit, lack of maintenance and cleaning, carelessness or
negligence in use or tampering or repair work accomplished by unauthorized
persons. The repair and replacements contemplated for in the undertaking of
the warranty are effected free of charge in the Authorized After Sales
Service Center and the costs of shipping and handling are payable by the
purchaser. This warranty is valid only when stamped and signed by the
dealer and marked with the date of purchase. Attach this certificate to the
appliance when you forward if to the Manufacturer for repair.
Operating Instructions:
After removing the appliance from its packaging,
ensure that it is in perfect condition. In case of doubt, do not use this
appliance and contact the nearest DANA ITALIA - USA dealer. All the parts
of the packaging must be kept out of the reach of children, as they are
potentially dangerous.
Plug the appliance into the main (110 - 125 V -
50-60 Hz.)
This appliance must be used only for the purpose it was
destined to. Any Other use must be considered improper end therefore
dangerous. DANA ITALIA cannot be held responsible for eventual damages and
claims deriving from improper, wrong or unreasonable use and/or repairs of
the appliance by unauthorized persons.
Do
not touch the appliance with wet or damp feet or hands.
NEVER put the
appliance in water and do not use it in very humid areas.
If the
appliance breaks down, Contact a customer service center for repairs.
Check daily if dust or hair caught on the back filter of the equipment. For
an accurate maintenance of the hair dryer, turn off the appliance and
unplug it from the main outlet, then remove the rear-inlet grill by turning
it anticlockwise, after cleaning thoroughly, put the filter back into
place.
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
Always
disconnect the plug from the power socket before carrying out any work on
the appliance.
Always keep the ventilation slots unobstructed and clean. The lack of conformity to the above might endanger the safety of this
appliance and will invalidate eventual guarantee.
